Answer
there are tons of free online contests. (if it wasn't free its usually a scam) You can google/yahoo search for contests. Also another way would be going to promotion lists. where websites list contests available to enter. Just make sure to always read the rules :)

Heres 2 sites can can help you out in your searches as well

www.contestgalaxy.com (my site) we list a few contests I know there have been a few baby contests in the past

www.contestmob.com/blog good site for contest/sweepstakes related topics :)

Is There a site to make a free baby time capsule?

birdlover9

My mom made each of us kids a "time capsule" for the day of your birth. I want to make one for my daughter. The website she used was http://dmarie.com/timecap/ . It is completely free which was nice. I tried to make one for the date of 11/28/12 and it didn't work. If anyone has any other suggestions I would be glad. Its a great keepsake. Thanks.

Answer
You could make your own time capsule using websites that detail the history of any date. Traditionally, a time capsule provides a snapshot of a specific day in history, so focus mainly on the babyâs birth day or events happening near that date.

After you collect the data, you need to preserve it. Think cool and dry when you search for just the right container. Check online for affordable time capsules and you will find a variety of styles. Some will even engrave the childâs name on your selected capsule.

Select an Unsealing Date. Perhaps you want to set a significant date, such as your childâs 21st birthday, high school graduation or marriage.

Storing the Time Capsule. Although you may be tempted, it is not advisable to bury your capsule. You are likely to move or forget exactly where it is buried, and the contents could be damaged by the elements. Its a better idea to give the capsule a special place in your home â perhaps the fireplace mantle or on the family piano.

I am starting to babysit, and my mom wants me to make flyers. But I'm not sure on how to make a good one. What could I add in it to make it look professional, but interesting at the same time? If you could also please ad links to where I could go to make one online, that would be great too.

Answer
You could create your design at Cropmom.com using high end graphics available on the web site. They have the tools and you are only limited by your imagination. I would suggest using the images from two kits at the site; "All About Baby" or Visit From the Stork" which have lots of graphics and you could chose from the multitude of word art available. After you have completed your poster I would have it printed by a photo finisher. This is doable because the images at Cropmom are high resolution and so after you download the image from Cropmom, the high resolution would be great for any size poster you might choose to print. Cropmom is free to use for screen quality images. Print quality will cost a nominal charge .. less than $2.

How can I know buy good quality fleece fabric online?

Rose M

I'm living in an area where I don't have a fabric store near-by. I need to buy some fleece fabric for making baby diaper covers but when I shop online I'm unsure of how to tell whether the material is cheap, thin fleece or good thick fleece. How am I to tell? Is there are particularly good brand of fleece material that I could buy in order to guarantee that I'm getting suitable fabric?

Answer
Are you sure you want to use fleece? To me, it would seem too bulky for the folds you make to insert the elastic needed for tiny legs and waist of a baby.
