Also what are the chances of getting pregnant if someone has Endometriosis? And What is the easiest way to rule out or diagnose if someone has the condition Endometriosis? Please share any personal experiences? Thanks in advance

Endometriosis is most commonly characterized by painful periods and heavy bleeds, but there are other symtpoms.

Only your doctor can diagnose endometriosis and develop a treatment plan for you. There are varying degrees of endometriosis and for some there is no "cure." My sister-in-law had to put up with terrible periods (she needed to take a day off work just about every month because she bled so badly, no so much for the pain, which was pretty bad too). She only did it for as long as she did because she wasn't sure if she was truly done having kids. Her only avenue was a hysterectomy (this was 20 years ago) which she finally had at 36.

How likely is it to get pregnant on a period with extremely irregular cycles?

Q. I have endometriosis, and my cycles range from a period literally all month - to not having bleeding at all for six to eight months. This is my first cycle in the past 4 months.

My fiance and I had unprotected sex when I was bleeding lightly.
We're not against having a baby but not 100% trying for one.

Chances of conceiving while menstruating are close to zero. For one thing, blood is not hospitable to sperm, and also, if you are menstruating, you are not ovulating. Not to mention, endometriosis in and of itself often leads to infertility. If your cycles are very irregular, it will likely be difficult for you to conceive.
