my bf and i are trying to get pregnant and i was wondering about some good tips on getting pregnant. also how can i tell when im ovulating with out having to take a test all the time.
another question i have too is we have both been thinking that i might already be pregnant. i feel really sick in the mornings but i dont throw up. my breast dont hurt but my nipples do. my bf says that i have been really moody lately too. i took a test and it came up negative, could i still be pregnant?

Yes you could still be pregnant.
But, before you start ttc, you should start prenatal vitamins, at least folic acid. Folic acid is absolutely crucial in the first couple of weeks development.
I can always tell when I'm ovulating when my cervix is really low. Basically when I do the naughty with hubby and hits it really easily and it hurts, I'm like keep going because I'm ovulating!
Also if you chart your temperatures you can tell when you're ovulating.

Sperm lives for 5-7 days. If you have sex the day your egg is released thne it takes 12 hours for the entire process to take place. You can have sex the day before and the day after ovulation, because the egg live for 48-72 hours. The likelyhood of you getting pregnant is much higher if the sperm is waiting there for the egg, so this means that traveling time is cut down if you have unprotected sex the day before you ovulate.
