Rename Sim in Sims 3?

OK I just messed up because I thought it was a glitch or some kind of mess up in the game...
One of my sims was pregnant. When she went to have her baby the game said give it a name. OK I did. Then said give it a couple traits. OK did that too. Then it said give it a name...? My thought was, "didn't we just do that?". SOOOO I gave it the same name followed by giving it the same traits. Turns out it was twins. Now they are the same with the same name as well. This will not work!
How can I rename one of them?

You cant. I am a sims 3 fan and i know everything about it. You can only unsave it to rename them. Well they are true twins. LOL
