Q. On my friend's Sims 2 game, when her sim gets pregnant, she gets to choose if she gets quads, triplets, twins, or a single. She says she doesn't remember how she got it that way. Does anyone know the cheat? Thanks.

It isn't a cheat, it's a modification to the Sims 2, also known as a mod. To get that certain mod, you have to download it by means of the internet.
There are several different sites made for modding the Sims 2. One of the most popular is called Mod the Sims. Site: http://modthesims.info/ Unfortunately, it is a bit difficult to download the mod onto your computer, since you have to change some files.
There are more sites, but I would not recommend most, since many have viruses attached or require a payment. Mod the Sims is completely free and safe.

I have the sims 2 double deluxe, to give exact info. Some people say that it works only on extensions and some people say that it doesn't matter. So what to do? I already know about making her eat spaghetti or cheesecake and there's this boolprop thingy everybody's talkin about? More info on that?

First press ctrl shift C
Once the cheat box is open type forcetwins.

For me sometimes that doesn't work.
I always use this one:
ctrl shift C
Then type: boolproptestingcheatsenabled true

Exactly like that. Then hold shift down and click on the pregnant woman. Loads and loads of things will come up. Keep clicking more (at the top) until you get to something that says "DEBUG twins" or DEBUG force twins. Then she will DEFINATELY have twins
