So one of my best guy friends called me last night crying his eyes out because he got his girl friend pregnant and she didnt tell him until last night and she is now four months pregnant with twins. She's thirteen and will be thirteen when she delivers. Her parents know but his dont. He wants her to get an abortion because we are still too young for kids and he is sensible about this but she wants to deliver naturally at home. Im worried about the dad and the babies. The mom too, but i think she's trouble, so not so much her. How can i convince her to get an abortion? It would be better for her, the babies, and the dad. Thanks.

How can i tell im having twins?

im 5 weeks pregnant and already have a set of idential twin girls who are 2.
i had a ultascan at 6weeks with my girls and didnt find out i was expecting twins untill my 13 week scan.
i have fallen naturally with both pregnancys.
is there any test that can be done this early on to find out if im excepting 2 or even more?

Nope not really, just an ultrasound. They probably missed it last time at a 6 week scan because sometimes at 6 weeks all that can be seen is a gestational sac and in the case of identical twins there would only be one gestational sac so it would look like a single pregnancy. If you got a scan a couple of weeks later (7.5 weeks or so) an ultrasound would show a fetal pole inside the sac. If there are 2 fetal poles inside the sac then you are pregnant with identical twins.
