I'm 23 weeks pregnant and i haven't gained andy weight, I lost 12 kilos.... So just wondering how much have other ladies gained when they have been or are pregnant but i know all women are different with their pregnancy so i am more curious...

Well my mom gaines about 49 to 55 pounds with me. She had it written down as an estimate because I'm pretty sure she didn't want anyone to know exactly how much. My boyfriend's mom said he caused her to gain 95 pounds. I think they gained so much weight because they were so thin before they got pregnant. My teacher who just had twins said that she only gained about 45 pounds (and that's for two babies). She is average height and weight. So really there's no "normal" weight.

Pregnant, Should I get the flu shot? has anyone that is pregnant got their flu shot already and did u get sick?

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have a Dr. Appt tomorrow. He recommended I get it, but am unsure because everyone seems to get sick when they get it.
I havent had a flu shot since I was a kid. Will I get sick or have symptoms?

Mercury is not good for fetuses. So look at the information below and make absolutely sure you don't get a shot that has 24.5 or 25 mcg of mercury.
Flu vaccines 2008-2009 season
No mercury:
